Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be confident in your decision to use Raycharts. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for our paid subscription plans.
2. Subscription Plans
Raycharts offers two individual paid plans (Starter at $25/mo and Pro at $39/mo) and a custom-priced Elite plan for teams and businesses. All plans are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- You retain full access to all features until the billing period expires.
- Your data is preserved and accessible for the remainder of the billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you may cancel to prevent renewal. We do not offer prorated refunds for annual plans.
Elite (Custom) Plans
Refund terms for Elite plans are defined in the individual agreement signed during onboarding. Contact your account manager or billing@raycharts.com for details.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@raycharts.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) partial months or unused days within a billing cycle; (b) subscriptions cancelled after the applicable refund window; (c) accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Plan Changes
If you upgrade from Starter to Pro mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle -- no refund is issued for the current period.
8. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, contact us at billing@raycharts.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification and will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
